YPO is a global community of chief executives across more than 140 countries. YNG, which stands for YPO Next Generation, is the YPO sub-organization for the adult children of YPO members. We are building the Palm Beach County chapter.
This is for the young adult children of YPO members, ages 18–30, with a connection to Palm Beach County. We are sponsored by YPO Palm Beach Gold, the chapter that raised us, and we draw on the worldwide YPO network.
Built around three pillars
Community. A seat in a confidential Forum with monthly meetings on business, family, and life. Curated dinners and intimate small-group gatherings happen year-round. The WhatsApp group is the everyday glue.
Mentorship. We pair every member one-on-one with an experienced YPO member, matched to what each member needs, whether that is career, entrepreneurship, leadership, or a particular industry.
Leadership. The skills and experiences that help members grow personally and professionally. That means joint YPO and YNG gatherings, behind-the-scenes tours, and hands-on workshops in finance and leadership.

How you take part
Members raise their hand to take part across community, mentorship, and leadership. Everyone who joins receives every community, mentorship, and leadership offering described across this site, and members help shape where each pillar goes next.
If you are between 18 and 30, you carry a YPO connection, and Palm Beach County is one of the places you live, work, visit, or come home to, this is your room.
